Do Not Upgrade the Android Software

The device is optimized for its current version. Upgrading may cause compatibility issues.

Do Not Install Other Apps

Only pre-installed and authorized applications should be used. Installing third-party apps may affect performance and security.

Notify Support if the Device Exits Kiosk Mode

If the device is no longer locked in kiosk mode, report it immediately to info@perivision.com to restore proper functionality.

Keep the Headset and Accessories Fully Charged

Ensure the headset, controllers, and any additional accessories are always charged before use to avoid interruptions.

Battery Maintenance

Turn on the headset regularly to avoid battery drainage. It’s important not to store the devices for long periods without powering them on. If long-term storage is necessary, ensure the devices have at least 80% battery before putting them away. Additionally, power them on and charge them once or twice every other month..
